One pathway, handled end to end.

We do not run a volume desk. Each file is worked by an advisor who knows the New Zealand system, from the first shortlist to the residence conversation years later.

We are paid to give you an accurate read of your chances, not to place you anywhere. If your profile is not competitive for the outcome you want, that is the first thing you will hear from us.

01

Course and institution selection

We start from the outcome you want and work backwards. Which qualification level unlocks the post-study work visa, whether the field maps to a Green List role, and which of the eight universities or the institutes of technology actually teach it well.

  • Outcome-first shortlist, usually three to five programmes
  • Level, duration and work-rights implications stated for each
  • Entry requirements and credential recognition checked before you apply

02

Applications and offers

Preparing the file properly the first time: transcripts, credential equivalence, statements that read like a person wrote them, and following the institution until a decision lands rather than waiting on a portal.

  • Document preparation and academic file review
  • Direct follow-up with admissions until decision
  • Conditional-to-unconditional offer management

03

Study visa applications

The visa is where plans usually fail, and almost always over funds evidence or genuine intent. We prepare the application to the standard Immigration New Zealand actually applies, and we tell you before you pay if something in the file is weak.

  • Funds and sponsorship evidence structured to requirement
  • Genuine-intent narrative consistent with your history
  • Dependent and partner options assessed where relevant

04

IELTS and PTE preparation

Targeted preparation against the band your programme and visa actually require — not a generic course. Most students need work on one section, not four.

  • Diagnostic against required band
  • Section-specific practice plan
  • Test timing aligned to intake deadlines

05

Post-study work and residence planning

This is the part most agencies stop before. We map the years after graduation: which employers sponsor, what the six-point residence test will require of you, and how the 2026 change to the experience requirement affects your timeline.

  • Green List and accredited-employer landscape for your field
  • Six-point residence modelling on your projected profile
  • Timeline built to the rules as published, reviewed as they move

06

Pre-departure and arrival support

Accommodation, insurance, IRD and bank setup, and the practical first fortnight. Unglamorous, and the reason the first month goes well or badly.

  • Accommodation and city guidance
  • Insurance, IRD, banking and phone setup
  • Arrival checklist and first-term expectations

A note on who does the work

One advisor holds your file from the shortlist through to the residence conversation. We are not photographing stock students here — when we introduce the advisory team, it will be with real photographs of the people who will actually be on your calls.

The room your qualification is actually taught in.

We choose programmes on what they lead to — work rights, registration, a Green List occupation — not on the brochure. That means naming the departments that deliver and the ones that do not.

Get a written pathway after one 20-minute call.

If the numbers support the plan, we will send you a short document with two or three programmes, the work rights they lead to, and the residence route at the end. If they do not, we will say so plainly.
