New Zealand specialists — one destination, studied properly

Canada narrowed the door.New Zealand widened it.

Since 2024 Canada has restricted post-graduation work permits by field of study and raised Express Entry cutoffs into the 470–500 range. New Zealand went the other way: up to three years of open work rights after a bachelor's degree, a simplified six-point residence system, and Green List roles that lead straight to residence. We only advise on New Zealand, because that is where the pathway currently holds.

Advisory, not commission-chasing
We recommend the programme that fits your pathway, and we tell you when none of them do.

Applications turn on dates. We answer in hours, not weeks, and flag deadlines before they move.

A specialist practice, not a brochure counter.

Our founding team has 20+ years of combined experience placing students into New Zealand institutions, and has guided thousands of students through that pathway. We do not represent ten destinations. If your goal is to study, work and eventually settle, we will tell you plainly whether the numbers support the plan you arrived with.

That includes telling you when New Zealand is the wrong fit. A twenty-minute call either produces a credible pathway or it does not, and either answer is useful.

Where the plan actually lands

First light on the Southern Alps, snow ridgelines above glacial valleys
Two islands, eight universities, one immigration system — a country small enough to advise on properly.
An Auckland street at dusk, wet pavement reflecting warm light toward the harbour
Auckland and Wellington, where most graduate employment sits.
A New Zealand engineering workshop with precision equipment under daylight
Green List trades and technical roles with defined residence pathways.
A silver fern frond unfurling against dark forest shadow

We are not selling a country. We are checking whether it fits your file.

Every image here corresponds to a decision we will make together: which city your field employs in, which programmes lead to open work rights, and which occupations shorten the road to residence. If the answer is no, you will hear it on the first call.

The Canada–New Zealand Gap

Work rights

Canada — Post-graduation work permit now limited by field of study.

New Zealand — Up to three years, open, for degree-level graduates.

Residence

Canada — Express Entry cutoffs settling in the 470–500 CRS band.

New Zealand — A six-point test built on skilled employment.

Shortage roles

Canada — Category draws shift year to year, hard to plan against.

New Zealand — Published Green List roles with defined residence pathways.

A country small enough to know properly.

Eight universities, a published list of shortage roles, and one immigration system. That is the whole map we work with — which is why we can tell you where your profile actually stands in it.

How it works

Four steps, and you can stop after the first.

We would rather lose a client at step one than take a file that was never going to work. The first call is free and carries no obligation.

  1. 01

    A 20-minute call

Your field, your timeline, your budget. We tell you whether the New Zealand pathway supports it, and what it would cost. Nothing to pay at this stage.

  2. 02

    A written pathway

A short document: two or three programmes, the entry criteria you meet or do not, the work rights they lead to, and the residence route at the end.

  3. 03

    Applications and visa

We prepare offers, funds evidence and the study visa file with you — the two areas where most refusals happen — and keep the dates on track.

  4. 04

    Arrival and after

Accommodation, first-week logistics, then the post-study work and residence conversation when the time comes. The file does not close at departure.

In their words

I had already paid a deposit for a college in Ontario. They walked me through what the work permit rules meant for my programme, and it was not what I had been told. Two weeks later I had an offer in Wellington instead.

Priya R.

Master of Information Technology — from Brampton, Ontario

What convinced me was that they showed me the immigration pages themselves instead of asking me to trust a brochure. When I asked whether my daughter's field would qualify, the answer was a straight no, with an alternative that did.

Marcelo D.

Parent — from São Paulo, Brazil

Nobody tried to upsell me. The first call ended with a list of three programmes and one clear warning about my funds evidence. That warning is the reason my visa was approved first time.
